CUSTOMER INSPIRATION TO SHAPE DUPLO’S LONDON CALLING EVENT
Duplo has unveiled details of London Calling 2014 – now an established print industry fixture – to show how customers create added value and increased revenue through new applications and innovations.
In a special 30th anniversary year, Duplo will be hosting this sixth annual event at East Wintergarden, Canary Wharf, on 15-16 October 2014. It will be demonstrating how its continual investment in its business with next-generation products, service and support create integrated solutions and a sustainable future for customers.
Building on the success of the 2013 two-day event in which over 300 people represented 200 companies, the theme for London Calling will be "Without Limits", with print finishing company Duplo's aim to inspire customers through new applications and innovations.
Sarah Crumpler, UK Marketing Manager for Duplo, said: "Once again we started planning London Calling with a customer forum and they steer the new ideas that we will incorporate. Printers want to be inspired with applications and innovations that make them money which has led us to incorporate new partners, workflows and focus groups into this year's event.
It's less of a case of what the systems can do, but how can they lead to increased revenue streams. And although 2014 marks 30 years of innovation for Duplo International, we are already looking ahead to the next 30-plus years. Central to our continued success going forward will be our loyal and hard-working staff who are central to our business.
